All of my products are made-to-order, and take up to a full week to make. I try to have all orders out of my studio within 3 days of receiving them, but certain styles are more laborious than others. Current processing time for all orders is 1-7 days. Customs are up to 14 days after order approval.

All of my stud earrings have solid stainless steel posts. These are the same high-quality surgical steel that you would see at piercing shops! They are always brass and nickel-free. 
All of my dangle earrings are either gold-filled with a steel base, or sterling silver. Sterling silver does need polished over time, but gold-filled will stay shiny and gold for years. The best way to keep your silver shiny, is by wearing it! You can wear both of these metals to the gym and for daily life, but it is best to keep them dry and remove all jewelry before showering.

I package all of my orders with love and plenty of cushion, but if on the off-chance that an order arrives damaged or defective, I will always offer an exchange or return! In order for me to verify that the damage was done in shipping, returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. I do not offer returns on custom orders. 

Some of the earring styles include brass dangles or connectors. These will hold up forever, but do get a tarnished look over time with oxygen and humidity exposure. Brass is super easy to shine up again! There are plenty of at home solutions, including an equal-parts white vinegar and water bath for 30 seconds. Immediately (and thoroughly) dry the whole earring. Polish with a polishing cloth to bring the brass back to it's bright beauty!

I will happily repair any damaged jewelry for the life of your pieces. I will send you a shipping label and charge $10 for shipping both ways, then you'll pack your damaged jewelry and send it to me. I will repair the piece for free and send it back! Please send me an email to start a repair order, and share any images you can of the damage. Repairs can take up to 14 days. 

Always hang your earrings in a cool, dry place! I do not recommend storing them in a humid bathroom. It's best to hang or lay them flat.
